Appleton Coworking Code of Conduct
All members at Appleton Coworking are required to agree with the following code of conduct. We are expecting cooperation from all members of Appleton Coworking to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.
Quick Version
Appleton Coworking is dedicated to providing a harassmentfree coworking experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality or religion (or lack of any of the aforementioned). We do not tolerate harassment of coworkers in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate at Appleton Coworking. Coworkers violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the Appleton Coworking location without a refund at the discretion of the Appleton Coworking Board or their designates.
The Less Quick Version
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, photography or audio/video recording against reasonable consent, sustained disruption of the Appleton Coworking space or events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Members asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of Appleton Coworking board or the Day Manager.
If a member engages in harassing behavior, the Appleton Coworking may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the Appleton Coworking space or event with no refund (if applicable)
